FLAT SOLAR COLLECTOR LOAD UNLOAD STOCK ASEEMBLY SUGGESTIONS

Based on the materials and characteristics of flat plate solar collectors, this article attempts to show customers or installers how to load, transport, store, install and use them correctly through various details.

Hope it will be helpful to our customers and friends.

1.LOAD onto trucks or containers correctly, please refer photos as below

2.LCL shipment must use wood case in case of damage as below

3.Low iron tempered glass should be away from sharp stuff, otherwise breakage may happen, possibly harm to human beings!

4.Galvanized steel sheet at backside is pressed tightly to aluminium framework, heavy strength may break backside sheet from aluminium framework.

5.Inlet and Outlet are normally made of copper, which is comparably soft. Bump or squeeze may break it, so please be careful when transferring flat plates

6.Please use wider lifting straps or wooden pallets when hoisting to the roof. It is recommended that no more than 10 pieces be lifted at a time, otherwise the lifting straps may deform the aluminum alloy frame.

7.Please stock flat plates in dry environment

8.If stored indoors, please store the collector upright.

If it really needs to be placed flat, a tray must be added to the bottom layer and plastic film must be laid to isolate moisture.

Otherwise the glass may turn white.

The stacking height of each pallet should not exceed 20 pieces and should be stacked neatly.

Improper stacking may cause the aluminum alloy frame to deform or the back panel to deform and crack as following cases.

Correct way of stocking in indoors as below：

9.Strictly prohibited to store it flat when stored outdoors! ! !

The storage angle must be greater than 45 degrees to facilitate air circulation inside the collector and prevent water vapor in the environment from condensing inside the collector, causing glass fogging and other phenomena.

General fog can dissipate quickly if the heating plate is exposed to the sun (greater than 45 degrees).

If laying it flat causes serious condensation of water vapor, and impurities in the water vapor condense on the glass, causing the glass to turn white, the only option is to replace the glass!

10.When assembly, please place the end with the exhaust hole on the top (two styles are shipped randomly), otherwise the water vapor that has penetrated into the inside of the flat panel cannot be discharged smoothly, causing water mist on the glass. (Foreign trade products are generally dual exhaust, regardless of upper and lower)

11.The flow channel of the collector is made of copper. When installing the copper joints, be sure to use two wrenches, otherwise it will easily cause the copper pipe to deform and internally break and leak.

Failure to use two wrenches will result in the following situations：

12.If used in an environment below 12.0℃, please add antifreeze. Direct water leakage is strictly prohibited! Freeze cracking is not covered by the warranty!

13.The rated pressure of Kesun flat palte solar collector is 0.6MPa. Please design the system reasonably and install pipeline exhaust and pressure relief devices.
